The problems with different types of grass are:

1) They grow at different rates

2) They will look a different colour

3) They will have a different texture

4) They will need different amounts of water, fertiliser and cutting.

5) They may well grow at different times of the year.

So (unless there is a very good reason) grass mixtures whether in seed packets or existing lawns are not a good idea.

There are lots of options for getting rid of the unwanted grass. But calling an expert in, will sort this problem out..
